The cushions padding was fine but the large cut-out in the back did not work for my small botty. Ended up not being enough support with that section of padding missing. Seems like it'd be great for average to large butts.

This cushion, after one week of use in my honda accord which has uncomfortable bucket seats has been a God send in how I feel after my two hour commute. My back doesn't hurt, the stiffness has lessened and even down to my knees, they feel stronger and more stable. I used to take stairs one by one, but now I can go upstairs normally even though I am still slower than most folks. Combined with acupuncture, this wonderful cushion has put me back in the game.

I have a long commute (well over an hour each way) and this cushion relieved the pressure. Additionally the vibrations of the car, plus the space for my tail bone seems to actually help loosen up the vertebra a bit. I generally feel better. I drive a subaru forester (seats slant the opposite direction of the t-cush) and strongly suspect the type and angle of the seat makes a huge difference in the effectiveness of this product. Still, for me, this prevented the need for back surgery.

bought this to help with bad chair at work. Used it for about a month and a half. From almost the beginning, started to notice pain in my lower back and tailbone. I have had to go to the chiropractor for about a month and problem had not been fixed. I advise all to stay away from this product considering it literally caused the problem it claimed to correct.
