I bought this table with 2 chairs for my 2 year old. It is made of solid wood and very durable. We've had it for several months and are really enjoying it. My 200 lb husband and I (135 lbs) even sit on the chairs and they remain sturdy. I would suggest anyone to buy this product. The only thing I regret is getting the cherry stained set, because I think the expresso would've matched my furniture better. The cherry stain is a little more on the redder side than i thought it would be, but still and all, it is a beautiful and adorable set. We all love it.

We purchased this set for our twin 2 year olds' birthday. When the set arrived my husband could not get the table-top and legs to fit correctly and the edge of the table was scratched.We called Lipper and they said they'd send us a new top and legs. And true to their word, they DID!! How amazing is that? The new table and legs went together smoothly and the set is beautiful and sturdy. We think the girls will love it!! Very pleased.

This table and chair set is extremely sturdy and I love the cubby holes underneath. I only wish they were a little deeper in height, it is perfect for paper and the regular box of crayons (we have a crayon tin that is a little too high to fit underneath) but other than that I love it. The color is great and blends well with our kitchen - I did not want the "day care" look in my house with the bright primary colored tables that I have also seen on the market. This table and chair will be able to grow with my son and his friends.

Absolutely beautiful...a gift that will be passed down to from my grandchildren to their grandchildren. Easy to assemble. Wood has a beautiful luster and perfect for ages 1 1/2 to 5 or 6. Makes mealtime a pleasure...plus great for a play table and a reading table! My son and his wife love it and plan to order two extra chairs...it will definitely sit 4...just found out my precious grandbabies (2) will have a new brother or sister in September!
