Amazon.com Review Part of Bush Furniture's sophisticated Midnight Mist entertainment collection, this audio tower provides a striking modern display for stereo components, peripherals, and accessories. Five black, tempered-glass shelves are housed inside a unique double frame with wide, textured-black painted posts on the outside and narrow chrome-finish poles that rise up from within. (Notice how the staggered design gives the top level a floating effect.) The shelves rest on vibration-dampening pads for improved sound quality, and a perforated back spine provides both extra stability and wire concealment. The tower measures 25-5/8 inches wide by 22-3/8 inches deep by 41-3/4 inches high and has been tested for tip-free safety. Assembly is required, and instructions and a toll-free customer help line are included. Six-year warranty. --Kara Karll

Good Looking July 3, 2010 Roger Faria (San Diego, CA) I bought this stand about a year ago. It does it's job well. I use all 5 shelves Equipment housed on it are:
TURN TABLE
CD PLAYER
PRE AMP
POWER AMP
HOME THEATER RECEIVER
It has a really sturdy feel and is pretty heavy duty, the back black panel can hide cables back there pretty good, but you would have to be a little creative and use zip ties or duct tape or some thing. OH and its pretty wide to house and type of audio equipment and the glass is pretty thick too.
I highly recommend it
Sturdy and Beautiful May 21, 2010 Kurt Miller (Pittsburgh, PA United States) I had no issues installing the piece by myself, although it is a bit heavy once you get everything together and all of your components loaded on. I didn't have any issues with screw holes aligning as mentioned by other reviewers; everything aligned perfectly for me. The little rubber suction cups were tough to get into the holes, but I found that it was a lot easier if you turned them as you applied pressure, almost screwing them into place. The piece is sturdy and attractive. I have my PS3, Xbox, Onkyo receiver, Panamax Power Conditioner, and DirecTV box on it and it looks great.
My only warning is that it doesn't hide all the wires if you have lots of them. I have a 7.1 setup, and you can see some spools of speaker wire peeking out from both sides. If you're meticulous and don't want to see ANY Wires, maybe this isn't the one for you.
Lovely audio tower. April 4, 2010 Jaron Rolfe Construction wasn't overly difficult. Very sturdy.
It supports my menagerie of electronics with ease, and I haven't had any problems with overheating. Even with two PS3s, two receivers, an xbox 360, and a number of external hard drives, no problems.
My only complaint is that dust is extremely visible on the tempered glass, but that isn't a fault of the product itself.
Very Good But.... February 1, 2010 Remo J. Tonelli (Lowell, IN) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The Bush Midnight Mist Audio Tower is handome and sturdy. It fits in with anything in the room. Audio components easily fit and the cord cover in the back is a great idea. A caution here is that it definitely needs 2 people to assemble it. That is not the major problem. The Bush Company could stand tighter quality control standards in aligning the drill holes for the screws. Some of them were too tight and had to be "worked" larger. (Those are metal components, not wood.) One screw hole was so poorly misaligned the scew would only fit halfway in crooked fashion. It took considerable "grunt work" just to do that. Luckily, in this case, it faces the back of the unit. The workmanship of the drill holes was a large disappointment and caused much unecessary work. Outside of that, it's a top notch audio cabinet that will stand for years and continue to look sharp.
Very high quality stand December 18, 2009 Justin Kelly (United States) Maybe it's because I have only went cheap when it came to entertainment center equipment in the past, but this feels as good as it looks. Sturdy and solid. I only deduct one star because of the odd clamps. I get what they are for, but they don't work really well. Putting the suction cups in the holes was not pleasant, but otherwise easy construction. And the looks..this is a very beautiful piece of equipment, and is spacious enough for all of my components, even my unusually large AV receiver. Love this stand!
